Our
Story

WorkBetter for Lawyers is the only platform of its kind - an on-demand video platform designed uniquely to equip associates with the professional skills to navigate the challenges of big law firm practice. Our founder, Kandice Thorn, first came up with the idea back in 2019 when, as Senior Practice Manager at Fenwick & West, she was looking for a resource like this for her associates. Realizing it didn't exist, she decided to create it. Just a few years later, WorkBetter was born.

Our Team.

Our experienced team is dedicated not only to equipping associates with the tools they need to succeed but also to delivering the information in a way that is concise, engaging, and visually appealing. Our goal is to make learning easy and fun so that participants are more likely to retain the material and incorporate it into their practice. Beyond the team members listed here, we have a talented roster of experts who work with us routinely on things like video editing, production, and web development to ensure a fantastic user experience.
