Over the past several months, we’ve been working to create a better experience for both the associates who use WorkBetter and the professional development teams who bring our content to their firms. The result is a completely redesigned platform that makes it easier to find, access, and manage WorkBetter content.
A Better Experience for Associates
Our goal has always been to make professional development practical and accessible. WorkBetter videos are short, actionable, and designed specifically for the realities of law firm practice—and now the platform makes it even easier for associates to find the guidance they need, when they need it.
The new interface offers a cleaner, more intuitive experience for navigating our growing library of professional development content. Associates can quickly explore the collections available to them and find relevant videos on topics ranging from succeeding as a first-year and integrating as a lateral to building business development skills, managing increasing responsibility, improving productivity, and more.
More Tools for Professional Development Teams
We’ve also made significant improvements behind the scenes.
Our new administrative tools give firms more visibility and flexibility in managing their WorkBetter programs. Depending on their setup, administrators can more easily manage users and access, view engagement data, and oversee the WorkBetter resources available to their associates.
We’ve also improved the infrastructure supporting firm access, including enhanced options for organizations using single sign-on (SSO).
The goal is simple: make WorkBetter easier to administer and easier to incorporate into a firm’s broader professional development strategy.
Built for Where WorkBetter Is Going
The new platform isn't just a new look. It gives us a stronger foundation for continuing to expand what WorkBetter can offer.
Our content has grown significantly since WorkBetter launched, with resources now supporting associates at multiple stages of their careers—from summers and first-years through lateral integration, mid-level and senior associate transitions, business development, productivity, feedback, well-being, and more.
We wanted a platform built to grow alongside that content—and alongside the needs of the firms we serve.
And we're not finished. We'll continue adding new content, improving the user experience, and developing tools that help firms deliver practical professional development to their associates at scale.
